Workshop this Saturday.
We still have places for a workshop with Maureen Wray this Saturday, 10am - 1pm. Maureen is a regular face at MDIY attending workshops and classes and until recently, taught one of our Intermediate classes. Come and join her this Saturday, book here.

We have had great fun recently as you can see. We took part in Dukinfield Festival again, taking the children's class outside onto the wet grass and later on the trainee teachers performed a beautiful demonstration to on lookers. Other ways we've been raising our profile locally include appearing on Tameside radio, broadcasting from Maslen Hall and we've brought a one off lunch time yoga taster to the staff of Tameside Council at Dukinfield Town Hall.

Thanks to all our volunteers who make events like this possible, including the recent Introductory assessments, we had over 45 volunteers turn up over 3 weekends, thank you! We are always on the look out for volunteer members to help with a variety of events or roles, so if you have skills which you would like to share with us, or would just like to be more involved, let Clare know, clare@mdiiy.org.uk |

We are open throughout the Summer with a reduced timetable (last classes of the current block will be 15th July for Monday classes, 12th July for Friday classes, Tues, Weds and Thurs classes have already started), you can browse the full timetable here. The children's class is also running every Saturday throughout Summer! Cash or cheque at classes, just drop in, no online booking.
