On July 24th Bill Lang passed away, from cancer.
He will always be remembered for his infamous saying.."lt's a beautiful day for a bike ride", no matter what the weather was like outside.
Shirl has made a wonderful tribute that you can find at here.

Ice Cream Social

FOS 2019 Ice Cream Social held July 21 was granted great weather, even the downpour at 2pm did not matter.

35 attended and thanks to the CREAMERY and KERNAL SWEETTOOTH the ice cream and waffle cones were a big hit as usual.

Thanks to all those that came out-it was nice to see everyone again.

September 22, 2019--Annual Picnic-Hickory Creek Preserves LaPorte Road access, Mokena. Catered picnic, food at 1pm

October 27, 2019---Annual End of Season Bike, Hike, and Potluck - Goodenow Grove Beecher. Family welcome plus some other bike clubs invited.
Bring a dish to share, paper goods and drinks provided-eat at 1pm

November 21-Annual Pizza Party, Aurelio's in Frankfort-Arrive 6:30, pizza 7pm with a short meeting
