Naturalist Grub Club
Bring your lunch and join the Grub Club to learn and experience the naturalist topic of the day. Naturalist Grub Club sessions are held in the picnic pavilion down by the Estero River.

Bring your cell phone, learn the basics of photography and the best places to snap that perfect photo in the park!

A presentation and talk on the butterflies of Koreshan State Park and Southwest Florida.

A beginning photography tour of the different habitats and architecture within the park.

Celebrate Florida Gopher Tortoise Day, April 10, 2020
Learn gopher tortoise behaviors, anatomy and fun facts–and hold and see the shells of specimens that lived in Koreshan State Park!

*Programs are free with park entry fee ($5 per vehicle with 2-8 occupants, $4 per single-occupant vehicle, and $2 for pedestrians and bicyclists) but reservations are either required or requested.

Farmers Market & Native Plant Sale, Sundays, Year-round, 8am-1pm 

Forging demonstrations by Stephen Kalb of Kalb Ironworks in the Cast Iron Cafe, most Sundays, between 9am and 12pm

6th Annual Family Halloween Festival, Saturday, Oct 12, 4-7pm


3rd Annual Old-Fashioned Holiday Bazaar, 8am-1pm,
December 7 & December 8


28th Annual Antique Engine, Quilt & Craft Show, 8am-1pm,
March 14 & March 15 


28th Annual Ghost Walk, January 31, February 1, February 7 and 8. Six performances nightly. Tickets on sale beginning December 1.

Koreshan Laundry House

The Koreshan Laundry House was built in 1903 in the Industrial Area of the park, where the entire settlement’s laundry could be washed and dried in only one day (11 hours). (read more)
