In my experience, everyone wants to live a long healthy life in which we are free of illness and physical limitations. We do many things to take care of ourselves. We take vitamins, supplements, exercise, eat healthy, meditate, sleep, rest, develop hobbies, and a whole bunch of other activities. Some of us are proactive and others – reactive!
