On June 11, I was appointed by Mayor Robert Garcia to the Long Beach Airport Advisory Commission. I assumed by duties at my first meeting, July 18th. As a Commissioner I will serve our city by advising City Council and working with the Long Beach Airport staff on issues such as sustainability and creating an aircraft viewing area. I am very proud to serve the City of Long Beach in this volunteer position.
