Regional Innovation Benchmark

The Regional Innovation Benchmark (RIB) (2019) is a candid glimpse into the ways in which innovation is approached and executed within the Sunshine Coast’s Regional innovation ecosystem. The benchmark provides a knowledge-sharing opportunity about how to develop innovations within new and existing businesses to boost business performance. The RIB measures the approaches local businesses take to innovate and the value this generates.

The 2019 RIB report is due to be released mid-late August 2019, register your interest to receive your free copy!

2019 Queensland Pearcey Entrepreneur Awards

Nominations are now being sought for the Pearcey Queensland Entrepreneur Award. This recognises outstanding entrepreneurs who have ‘taken a risk’, ‘made a difference’ and ‘are an inspiration’ Nomination is simple – a LinkedIn URL, a CV plus answers to four simple questions, see https://pearcey.org.au/state-nominations/

Nominations close Monday 26 August, no extensions. The state winner will be announced at the Pearcey Gala Dinner on Tuesday 8 October at Hillstone St Lucia. The winner then represents Queensland at the national event in Melbourne, Thursday 14 November.
