Let's do ministry as a family...
Strong relationships make you stronger.
Doing everything by yourself is a quick ticket to burnout. Instead, we get to do ministry as a family. Which is why ministry done right is less like a job and more like a family calling.
From the beginning of creation God began empowering others to accomplish a task.
Psalm 8 says, “What is man that you are mindful of him...You made him ruler over the works of your hands; you put everything under his feet.”
God entrusted his creation to sinful, mistake-prone people, and through us is going to accomplish His plan. God made the animals, but he delegated to man the job of naming them. He designed the ark, but it was Noah who was entrusted with the job of building it.
Well...God has called many many people to build a new church so that just like Noah's Ark...we can provide a safe space for people to come into receive the grace & love of Jesus...and then be sent back out into this world to be a part of God's redemptive work.
Thank you for being a part of this family that God has called to launch this church. Many of you I know are partnering in prayer, many of you have partnered financially and many of you have partnered on the ground here in Melbourne Beach. We wouldn't be here if it wasn't for each and every one of you!
