We need crafters/sewers to create the upcycled donation gifts AND folks to staff the table that day, especially for an hour or two between 4:00-8:00 p.m. If you can help with creating and/or staffing, let US know. This is a great way to earn Timebank hours. Stay tuned to our FB event page for updates.

Our next Orientation and Refresher session will be held on Saturday, August 17 at 10:00 a.m. (downtown Silver Spring location TBD). Please RSVP if you plan to attend.

If you've applied to the Silver Spring Timebank, this is the best way to become an active member. Over the course of an hour, you'll learn about timebanking, receive suggestions for successful exchanges, and get specific tips on how to use the hOurworld software for exchanges. Finally, you'll get to meet other timebank members to start to build the relationships that are a bonus to timebanking!

If you've been a member for a while and would like a refresher on using the software, you are always welcome to attend as well.
