Hello New Springs!
My apologies for not getting the newsletter out last week. Hope you've had a good week. Here's what's going on:
Join us Sunday as we celebrate three new (returning) members joining New Springs Community this Sunday! They have each already jumped right in to lend a hand wherever they are needed.

Please take a moment to welcome them back to our church family!
Please join us on THIS SUNDAY for First Sunday Community Day! We will gather together to share communion during our service and then stay after for food and fellowship! All are welcome! Patrick Pruitt will be providing smoked brisket. Bring another meat dish, side dish or dessert to share.
Next clinic date will be August 18th. We would like to have at least one volunteer here to represent the church and help with whatever is needed during clinic hours of 1-5 p.m. Please let Pearle Pruitt know if you're interested.
Coldwater is wrapping up their Summer Lunch Program next week. Beginning later this month, they will begin packing backpacks with easy meals and snacks to send home with preschool students over the weekends. Please leave your donations in the bin marked for Coldwater. Here is a list of items they need to supply this program:
Chicken or Tuna Helper
canned chicken or tuna
pizza kits (complete—no added ingredients)
pasta and pasta sauce
mac and cheese (complete—no added ingredients)
canned pasta with pull lids (like Chef Boyardee)
mac and cheese bowls (individual)
noodle soup cups
peanut butter
cereal (individual boxes)
oatmeal packets
Pop Tarts
fruit/applesauce cups
canned vegetables
canned fruit
fruit snacks
granola bars
pudding cups
cheese or peanut butter crackers packets
milk boxes (no refrigeration needed)
juice boxes
