Just a Reminder, Tomorrow is Amber's Last Day

I am bummed to see her go, but we all wish her well. She's turned the office around and set up some great systems we can use going forward. Thank you Amber!!

I will be getting everyone a revised office coverage schedule in an email this weekend. The Board is in the process of selecting candidates to interview for the job.

If you "told Amber" about something needing the Association's attention, and it hasn't happened yet, please resubmit your work order via the work order system. You can enter those HERE.

Last Call for Drippy FCUs

If you have noticed your FCU dripping this summer, it's probably because of condensation on the valves. The HVAC contractor is willing to fix the insulation on your unit, but you must submit a work order right away. Again, you can find the form HERE.

12th Floor Gurus on Saturday Night

You've seen the posters around the building, now invite all your friends and set your calendar up to join the rooftop pals social club this Saturday night, August 3rd on the rooftop. They’ll start with a few fun short videos as the sun goes down (about 8 pm) and then at 8:30 pm it'll be showtime.

The movie will be Isn't It Romantic with Rebel Wilson. Here's the trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ZwgoVmILQU

There'll be popcorn, sweets, beer and wine available. Please bring your own reusable plastic cups to reduce trash. Donations are requested to keep the 12th floor gurus funded for more social gatherings and rooftop improvements.

Give-Away Table Going Away

We've had a number of discussions over the years regarding the give-away table and have decided it's time to make it go away. We're going to eliminate it in the garage and will encourage you to leave notes on the bulletin board in the laundry room if you have items you'd like to give away. Maintaining the table takes time away from other more important things and despite regular notices about what NOT to put on the table, that stuff continues to appear. So, stop by and hug the table, wish it well, and thank it for all the precious gifts over the years. We will make it vanish next week.
