As you may know if you have been tuning into my social media these days, the Balance team and I (and HOPEFULLY you too :))) are doing a 6-week series called Elevate U. These next 6 weeks are going to be life changing for all of us and I am so excited to see our best selves unfold. This is a short newsletter, but I wanted to provide you with a calendar/checklist to use for this series. 

Here are the
6 daily tasks we
will be doing each day for 6 weeks. 

Basically everyday at the end of each day, you will go onto your story and post this calendar, placing the emoji that best describes your progress:

 for you hit all 6 goals 
🙌 for you hit some of them
💤 for you did not hit any
