This weekend we have 12 RAthletes (& friends) competing in one of the largest competitions in western Canada!

There is a slightly modified weekend class schedule as many of our coaches are competing, and we encourage you to come out and watch!

If you're going to be driving out post in our MEMBERS GROUP to organize carpools!

GET READY FOR THE FFL

The next season of the Functional Fitness League is coming up!

What is the FFL?

The FFL is a 'league format' competition - you have 4 weeks of head to head matches against other gyms (at home hosted at RA - or away where you get to visit other gyms). At the end of the 4 week season there's a big playoff day that all the teams come together!

If you already have your team - awesome! If you don't have a team you can either start gather friends of similar level (most important part, doesn't matter what level as long as your teams athletes are all around the same level). OR you can fill out our 'solo athlete' form and we'll help you find a team!
