Superlatives abound: Andaz comes to Yorkville
TORONTO — When The One at One Bloor West in Toronto opens in 2022, it will feature an Andaz Hotel. This will be the tallest building in Canada, with a foundation that goes 150 feet underground. 
 
Canada's hotel construction hits all-time high
PORTSMOUTH, NH—Analysts at Lodging Econometrics (LE) report that at the close of the second quarter of 2019, the total construction pipeline in Canada hit an all-time high with 273 projects/35,787 rooms. Construction pipeline projects are up 14 per cent and rooms are up a lofty 20 per cent year-over-year (YOY).

TORONTO, MONTREAL — Marriott International worked with renowned photographer, Trey Ratcliff, this summer on his "Rediscovering the Americas" tour visiting 10 Canadian and U.S. locations including Toronto and Montreal. The idea was to have him explore these cities to capture beautiful destination photography and videos.
