Dear friend,

The phrase "it's all in my head" captures my day-to-day experience amazingly well. If you can relate, the simple exercise in my latest blog post could be an eye-opener.

And if you're already starting to worry that the summer is slipping away, I feel your pain. I have a slight tendency to get ahead of myself, so late July often feels like the beginning of the end. Here's one saving grace: August is a long month, and the time seems to stretch out more than I expect. I hope that the same is true for you.
