States Need Coaching Too

Just as educators need support and coaching, so do state agency teams.

Registration Open for Institute

Registration is now open for the 2019 Institute on Teaching and Mentoring, to be held Oct. 24-27 at the Marriott Marquis in Atlanta. 

The Institute on Teaching and Mentoring is a four-day conference that has become the largest gathering of minority doctoral scholars in the country. Now in its 26th year, the Institute gives the issue of faculty diversity a national focus and provides minority scholars with the strategies necessary to survive the rigors of graduate school, earn the doctoral degree and succeed as a member of the professoriate. Institute attendance is by invitation only. Full details >

NURSING EDUCATION

Nursing Education - Call for Posters

SREB’s Council on Collegiate Education for Nursing will hold its annual meeting November 3-5, 2019 at the JW Marriott Buckhead in Atlanta. The conference is open to attendees from member and non-member institutions. Participants are invited to share their best ideas and work by presenting a poster at this nursing education conference. The call for poster abstracts is available on the SREB website. Submission deadline is September 6, 2019.
