Yes, they are driving too fast. At SWHRL's request, PBOT conducted a traffic speed study on lower SW Broadway Drive, and the results are in: 92% of east bound drivers exceed the speed limit, and 26% exceed it by 10mph.

This is a friendly reminder to check your property for trespassers, particularly if you live on a house with stilts or on a steep slope. Future of Neighborhood Associations Up in the Air

SWHRL has appealed to City Council the Hearings Officer's decision to approve the proposed development of Tangent Village, a 20-unit duplex/townhouse, Planned Development, located at the end of SW Tangent St, and between SW Davenport St and SW Broadway Drive.
