Yoga is often called a transformative practice. If you have been practicing for some time you will know how yoga has in some way touched you, maybe you simply feel better in your body or perhaps you've experienced more profound changes in your life. However it is not a quick, easy fix, taking time, as part of a subtle process of small mindful, deliberate steps.
But when you're lying in Savasana at the end of practice, after you have relaxed your body, become more present and calm in your mind and sense the joy and freedom within you then you know it works!
There is no time like the present to get started and we can help you begin on your yoga journey to making positive changes in your life.
