WELCOME TO THE SUMMER NEWSLETTER
<<First Name>>
Welcome to the Step by Step Art Summer Newsletter
This newsletter started out as the Spring edition and ended up as the Summer one due to one of the articles took a lot of time and research. This is an article about the Berol Karisma Coloured pencils and the extensive research allowed me to put together a very comprehensive article on these rare pencils - discontinued in 2005. If you were a user of these pencils, I think you will find the article very interesting.
Also included in this newsletter is a useful guide to working with Coloured pencils on textured paper - offering hints and tips as well as the do's and dont's allowing those trying out textured paper for the first time, an insight into how a different surface could open up a different style of pencil art.
The third article this month is about the ‘Ghiant’ transfer spray - if you use transfer paper for your outlines, after trying this item, you may find yourself switching from sheet to can and saving a fortune!
The final article covers one of THE best quality papers in the business, the Strathmore Bristol 500. Archival & acid free, available in ultra smooth and textured Vellum for many artists, from pencils users to airbrush artists.
Lastly I would like to say a big thank you to every subscriber to the Step by Step art Newsletters, the current number of subscribers has now surpassed 400! If you have an Art related question or would like to request a specific article or mini tutorial, please get in touch and I will see what I can do. If you would like to share your art tips or recommendations in your own article, please drop me a line.
Click on any of the links below each image to visit the designated page - why not share one of our articles on the Step by Step Art website by using the social media buttons to the left of each page which allows you to share to Facebook, tweet on Twitter, add to Pinterest or Email directly to a friend.
