THE 2019 AMG TKD JUST GOT A WHOLE LOT MORE EXCITING

The music of Elvis Presely kicks us off the night before the Australian Master Games Taekwondo…. thank you very much. One of the world’s most accomplished Elvis tribute artists, Mark Anthony, is set to light up the stage at the 17th Australian Masters on Friday 11 October to entertain the expected 8000+ masters games participants.

As if that wasn’t enough, straight after our championships is over, the closing ceremony and after party features the music of Billy Joel. Fresh off a huge national tour, Celebrating the Music of Billy Joel with Anthony Mara will be performing on the final night of the Games closing the 2019 event in style.

Following on from the ground-breaking successes of the 2013 and 2015 Australian Master Games, where all forms of Taekwondo came together in the mutual spirit of competition, all forms of Taekwondo will once again feature at the XVII Australian Masters Games to be held at the Adelaide Convention Centre, South Australia.

Open to all belt levels, all Taekwondo schools and all TKD styles,
Open to all 30 years & over (as of Dec 31, 2019)

Seperate WT style events & ITF style events, also Open events

In doing so, you will receive:

- an AMG uniform (a shirt, hat and water bottle)

- an accreditation pass (grants access to our social program including live music events + Opening & Closing ceremonies!)

- a certificate of service

- an invitation to our Volunteer Thank You Function after the Games.

Volunteers who do not register online will not receive the above. When registering, your volunteers should select 'Sport Specific Volunteer'.

For us, volunteer registration assists in knowing who we have on our team, where they are stationed and to ensure everyone is being looked after and recognised for their contribution. It also allows us to communicate any important information including incentives that may pop up closer to Games time!
