Message from Dan Patterson: NC agrees to purchase Niagara Corporate Business Centre

As our campus space needs continue to grow and evolve, I am pleased to advise that Niagara College has agreed to purchase the Niagara Corporate Business Centre (NCBC), which is adjacent to our Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus, and home to Niagara College offices that were previously leased.

The Niagara Corporate Business Centre is a 33-acre property that includes a three-story, 82,000 square-foot building that is home to external businesses and agencies, as well as the offices for the Niagara College International, Corporate Communications, Development and Alumni Relations departments.

Niagara College is scheduled to assume ownership of the NCBC on August 23. Current building operations at the property will continue unchanged. The current overflow parking lot located on the NCBC property will remain.
