Volunteers Needed for the Summer Art Show!

If you are a WAA member and especially if you are participating in the show, WE NEED YOUR HELP!

The Summer Art Show is going to be a wonderful show at Celebrate Woodinville Festival on August 17th from noon to 5 pm and continuing at The Woodhouse Wine Estates through September 29. In order to make this happen we'll need volunteers!

There are a lot of opportunities for you to help out at the following times:

1. At Celebrate Woodinville Festival in Wilmot Park on Saturday, August 17th:

6-8 volunteers are needed at 9 am to set up the panels for 4 10x10 tents and hang artwork
6-8 volunteers are needed at 5 pm to take down the art and package it and take down the panels
4 volunteers are needed to help with the Summer Art Show from 12-5 pm

2. At The Woodhouse Wine Estates, 15500 Woodinville-Redmond Road, NE, C600, Woodinville on Monday, August 19th at 10 am:

6-8 volunteers are needed to hang the 60 pieces of art and place 9 pedestals

3. At The Woodhouse Wine Estates, Art Reception and Awards Presentation on Wednesday, August 21st - Opening Day!

2 volunteers to assist with art sales and pass out literature about WAA from 5 - 9 pm. (Art Reception is at 6:30-8pm in the Barrel Room.

4. At The Woodhouse Wine Estates - 2 volunteers to handle art sales and pass out WAA literature during their Happy Hour on every Wednesday from 6-9 pm. (They have live music!)

5. At The Woodhouse Wine Estates on Sunday, September 29th from 1-4 pm, need help with artists picking up unsold artwork and customers picking up sold artwork.
