Planter Displays
We now offer planter microgreens displays. The displays allow you harvest as needed, and look great as a table or window display. Show off your edible planter to your family and friends. Have your own planter you would like to grow your favorite microgreens in? Bring it by the Park Ridge Farmers Market, and we will return it to you the following week.

Wasabi Microgreens
We now offer Wasabi Mustard Microgreens. Although, not actual Wasabi this mustard packs a punch like wasabi. These are great on sandwiches, fish, salads, and fun to make your own sushi rolls!

Popcorn Microgreens
Now these are fun! They are grown completely in darkness to prevent them from turning green. These offer a sweet corn flavor that are great in a variety of ways. Can be used as a snack, put into salads, wraps and sandwhiches, or as a side to a meal. Mix then with pea tendrils for your corn and peas!

COFFEE MINUTE
We compost all of our used soil media in three different ways.
The first way, and funnest is offering harvested microgreen flats to our family chickens to snack on (which they greatly appreciate). Our kids named our four hens. They are Minnie Mouse, Chicken Nugget, Blubie, and Lily. They are almost 4 months old, and expecting eggs soon!
The second way is to add the flats directly to our outside garden as a mulch. The root system is woven tightly and prevents weeds from penetrating through. This allows full size crops to grow without the nuisance of weeds.
The last way to use our used soil media in a traditional compost. We compost above ground preventing unwanted pests from contaminating our soil. We compost the soils until the microgreens and roots are fully composted. Once finished we are able to reuse the soil to grow more microgreens.
