Lamb Burgers with Curry Mayonnaise
|
|
Pound of ground lamb
3 Tbsp Chèvre (goat cheese)
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
2 garlic cloves, minced or 2 tsp mince from a jar
1 small egg
Salt & Pepper
Mix together and make lamb patties or lamb sliders.
Curry Mayo:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 Tbsp lime juice
1 tsp or curry powder
Pinch of cayenne
Mix.
Serve lamb burgers with sliced avocado, lettuce and curry mayo!
