Summer News from Far Hill Flowers

It has been a very busy season so far with lots of weddings and events.  But there is more to come so read on for all our news......

  Open Day,  Sunday August 18th, 2019

As part of the Flowers from the Farm 'Flower Farmer's Big Weekend' we are opening our gates for a day so you can come and wander around our cutting patch and house garden and see what we grow and how we grow it.  There will be guided tours throughout the day but you can just come and potter if you like.  There will be tea and coffee and cake for sale and served on the terrace.  There will be some of our organic seeds for sale and a few plants as well.
Entrance is £5 for adults and children are free.  No dogs unfortunately.  Make a date in your diary and wear flat shoes!

 Flower Arranging the Far Hill Flowers Way

Do you have a family wedding coming up or an event where you would love to wow your friends with your flower arrangements?  Or just want to make your home gorgeous with flowers?  Well this is for you.  A lovely day spent foraging for foliage in our woods and gardens, picking flowers from the cutting patch and learning how to cut and condition flowers,  After a light lunch with wine we will spend the afternoon arranging our flowers in a beautiful cast iron urn vase provided by us and included so you can take your arrangement home.  Justine will show you how to create a natural and sumptuous display in her RHS medal winning style.  All flowers, foliage and vase included.  Tea/coffee and cake and lunch with wine.  £155 per person.  Spaces limited - book early!  For more information visit www.farhillflowers.co.uk
