WELCOME BACK TO SCHOOL!!

Tuesday, August 13th is our first day of school.

We hope that you are all eager and excited for another year at TCA!
Please welcome our 26 new students and their families.
We are looking forward to an amazing school year.

Electives

As you may know, grades 5-12 choose electives.
This year, electives were chosen at Registration/Orientation on August 4th.
If you and your student were not able to attend, then you should have received an email with the electives during this past week.
We ask that you email your students choices or they may make their request when school begins. Please be aware that spaces are filled on a "first come, first serve" basis.
That is by enrollment date, and then by the date that the electives were submitted to the office.

2019-2020 Staff Updates
Fabian Reid & Eric Parker

Tri-City Christian Academy would like to welcome Mr. Fabian Reid.
Mr. Reid comes to us with many years of teaching experience and well established relationships within our local SDA churches.
As a TCA parent, he has also served as a great resource and support for many of our TCA families.
Mr. Reid will be teaching the following high school subjects:
Biology, Chemistry, Algebra I, Pre-Calculus, and HTML 5

Congratulations to Mr. Eric Parker!
Mr. Eric Parker has been selected as our new Vice Principal. Mr. Parker came to TCA with several years of teaching experience, and quickly became an integral part of our team.

We are looking forward to an awesome year!!

TCA Band Program

Did you know about TCA's band program?
TCA offers an after school band program through American Independent Music Association(AIMA). This will be our 3rd year offering this program on Tuesday afternoons, with Dr. Dennis Renfroe as the director.

The students love it!

At an additional cost, students have the opportunity to learn an instrument and play in an ensemble with their TCA classmates.
Students who were previously involved in band will begin on the first day of school. On Tuesday, August 20th, Dr. Renfroe will visit with 4th & 5th grades to introduce them to instruments and invite them to join our band program.
Materials will be sent home on that day.

$5/meal to be paid in Mrs. Sheffield's office.
