North Broward Democratic Club Labor Day Picnic
North Broward Democratic Club Labor Day Picnic
The North Broward Democratic Club’s Annual Labor Day Picnic:Monday, September 2nd at 1 p.m., Pompano Beach Community Park, South PavilionWe have a very important election year ahead in 2020. I know it is said many years, but this is truly an election of a lifetime. It will define America. Are we the “shining city on the hill” or are we Trump’s America defined by racism and hatred?
We had significant victories in 2018 and 2020 is certainly winnable, both in Florida and US Senate and the White House. But only if we come together as Democrats, work as hard as we can to register voters, expand our base and turn out the vote for whomever is the 2020 Democratic nominee. So let’s together together at the North Broward Democratic Club’s annual Labor Day picnic and celebrate our progress and commit to the work ahead.
How you can get involved:Elected Officials and CandidatesWe invite you to speak at the event and would be honored to add your name to our list of distinguished guests. Please confirm your attendance with me by email or phone as soon as possible in order to update our flyer with your name.Democratic Club Presidents We will provide hamburgers and hot dogs, ice, coolers and all paper products. Please send a $40 donation by August 24th to the North Broward Democratic Club, PO Box 331, Pompano Beach, FL 33061.Fellow Democrats – Save the date for the picnic, and please plan to bring a dish and water to share.
