Theatre & Opera Mondays:
THE BIG ONE-OH! - Concert Performance

Lyrics by Dean Pitchford, Music by Doug Besterman and Libretto by Timothy Allen McDonald
MONDAY, AUGUST 12 • 7 PM • $20 ($15 for Friends of SAC & Children)
Family-Friendly. Presented in partnership with iTheatrics.
Charley Maplewood has never been one for parties—that would require friends, which he doesn’t have. Well, unless you count his monster friends, but they’re only imaginary.  But now that he’s turning ten—the big one-oh—he decides to throw a birthday party for himself, complete with a “House of Horrors” theme. Of course things don’t work out as he plans. Will Charley be able to pull it together before the big one-oh . . . becomes the big OH-NO!?
Theatre & Opera Mondays offer the audience a rare peek into the process behind creating a new musical or opera before full staging. Every Monday in August will present a glimpse into the world of New York theatre rarely seen by the general public.
