These talks do not require registration, and all are welcome to attend. They are available for the low cost of $5 for members and $10 for non-members. Have a look at the topics below and read more about all our Discovery Evenings here. We hope to see you there!

Job Opportunity

This month we say goodbye to our IBA and Chimney Swift program coordinator, Tim Poole, who is moving on to a new career opportunity. He will be greatly missed at Nature Manitoba! We are currently looking to fill his position as coordinator of these great local programs. If you or someone you know is interested please see the full job description here. Application deadline is September 13th.

Garden Tour Thank You

Once again our biggest annual fundraiser was a huge success, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank all our talented gardeners, our dedicated volunteers, and our incredible garden tour coordinator, Joe Leven. Without the hard work of all these people the garden tour would not be possible. We were able to raise several thousand dollars, which helps us continue our important work!

We would also like to welcome Tim Evans, who will be coordinating our Garden Tour for 2020! If you're interested in helping out with next year's tour please contact our office.

NM Trip to Madagascar

We are pleased to be partnering once again with Rockjumper Wildlife Tours to offer an exclusive tour to Madagascar for friends of Nature Manitoba! Part of the proceeds from the tour will go to support nature conservation right here in Manitoba! See the full itinerary and more information here.
