Supporting Farmers and Chocolate Companies on EU Cadmium Regulation Implementation

We are now half a year into European Union regulations that established new guidelines for how much cadmium is allowed in chocolate and cocoa powder. The biggest impact is felt by smallholder farmers, cooperatives, and exporting companies of specialty beans and powder in South America.
