Keeping Indigenous Languages Alive

The Great Book Swap is a fantastic way to celebrate reading locally, and raise much-needed funds for remote indigenous communities.

Book Donations
We are asking you to donate your favourite books on the following days:

Mike Higgins

Mike Higgins is a Channel 7 news icon and is touring Queensland with his tell-all memoir. This amazing memoir reveals what went on under the news desk, his strange childhood, his career on radio and television, his work on the environment and his United Nations Media Peace Award, his run-ins with gangsters, politicians and spies and his inspirational fight to survive cancer after a prognosis of 16% survival.

“Digital parenting” is newish concept. In fact, it’s a term that’s only just beginning to creep into our vocabulary.
