Join CDLS for a highly entertaining yet enlightening foray into why law firm mergers fail & how to make them work.

In an entertaining and lively session, three nationally recognised merger experts will explore the challenges of merging two externally similar looking firms.

As ever, our Forum is FREE for CDLS members!

Presented in a lively chat show format the opportunities for two firms Wolf Shark and Co Ltd and Puppydog Kitten & Co LLP, which are looking to merge, will be explored - although there are certain areas that need to be addressed before this can complete such as name, management, profit sharing, cars, borrowing and profitability.

The comedic performances will only serve to highlight very real differences that are common in many such deals and attempt to provide you with ideas and answers on how to resolve such issues.

The stage is set for an entertaining and engaging look at merger issues delivered by three of the five law firm merger specialists at Mosaic MA.
