Leadership Program: We are pleased to again offer a leadership program for mid-career female faculty at UD. This program is designed to support faculty in advancing their careers and will prepare participants for a broad range of academic leadership positions, including leadership roles in professional organizations, promotion to full professor, engagement with new movement or initiatives, and administrative roles at UD. P&T Panels: UD ADVANCE partners with the provost’s office to offer promotion and tenure (P&T) panels for assistant and associate professors each spring. These panels are appropriate for any faculty member looking ahead to their next promotion — not just those intending to go up in the next year. We especially encourage new assistant professors to attend and learn strategies from their recently promoted peers.
