COSN Accelerator: Introducing the Strategic Planning Toolkit
Webinar on Thursday, August 22, 2019, 2:00 PM-3:00 PM
We have all heard about the importance of conducting and implementing strategic planning, but we know the process can seem overwhelming, time-consuming and complicated. During this webinar, Holly Sisneros will introduce a new toolkit, Opioid Safety Strategic Planning: A Toolkit Designed for Local Coalitions, which is going to help your strategic planning effort become more focused, less cumbersome, and even, dare we say it - enjoyable! Encompassing a series of 7 steps, with explanations, application ideas and hands-on tools, this guide can help your coalition determine what aspects of strategic planning fit your coalition's goals, style, resources and priorities. There are many levels and ways to use the toolkit. With a myriad of rounded concepts and practical uses, your coalition can conduct a few activities to strengthen coalition planning work, or take a deeper dive into a more thorough and dynamic planning process. Register now.
