Friday afternoon Centering Prayer at 4pm
Our Centering Prayer Ministry is a small ecumenical group meeting weekly to study Christian mysticism and practice contemplative methods of prayer, primarily using the Centering Prayer method as taught by Fr. Thomas Keating OCSO and The Rev. Cynthia Bourgeault, an Episcopal priest.

After first gathering for a few minutes we practice our 20 minutes of silent Centering Prayer. Following the practice we will be reading and discussing a passage from Evelyn Underhill, a modern spiritual writer. We’ll be using Grace Through Simplicity, an edited collection of her prayers and reflections.

We meet EVERY Friday from 4 - 5 pm using ZOOM.
