I originally designed the Gladiator brand in 2016 as a freelancer. The Gladiator Consulting "Targeted Victories" brand was meant to convey "I am a woman and I can get the job done." I designed it knowing that Kristine was going into a space where men regularly play and women make cameos. She was capable, experienced, and ready to take on transforming businesses. So, I created a brand that wrapped her in a neat, clean, streamlined package to lower any friction and ensure the focus was on her ability to help.
Essentially, the original Gladiator brand was based on who we thought our clients wanted us to be. Although the original color palette included orange (the main color for Nakevia Designs), the company and brand wasn't designed to include me or the creative/implementation side of the house.
Today, I am pleased to share a reimagined Gladiator Consulting that represents who we are authentically and unapologetically. Gladiator Consulting is a Fractional CMO firm with in-house creative and marketing talent. We will always be Gladiator Consulting, but we felt strongly about reinforcing the fact that we want to be your CMO, not just an agency that executes, but a partner and internal resource that works alongside you (strong leaders) to transform your business goals into "Strategic Victories."
As Kristine and I continue down this path together, one thing will always remain the same: Our purpose is to help companies and, together, we create transformations that empower business leaders to win whatever game they set out to play.
