Within our military and veteran family community, suicide prevention and awareness is especially critical. As a result, it is important to be educated and able to not only recognize the signs, but act on them, and provide individuals experiencing thoughts of suicide with the support they need and deserve. This month, to support suicide prevention and awareness, we will be offering two opportunities to engage in important conversations around suicide, and become better equipped to help someone in need. Check out our upcoming events and register below!
If you or anyone you know is having thoughts of suicide, please call the Veterans Crisis Line, a free, confidential, 24-hour hotline for Veterans and their families and friends: 1-800-273-8255 and Press 1 or Text 838255 or Support for deaf and hard of hearing: 1-800-799-4889
