This collection notice explains how the VPS African Australian Network (VPSAAN) handles personal information which you may provide when subscribing to the VPSAAN newsletter.
VPSAAN collects this data using MailChimp, a third party platform. The mailing list is managed by members of the VPSAAN across different Victorian government departments. Personal information collected via the mailing list will not be disclosed to parties beyond those in the VPSAAN responsible for managing the mailing list and newsletter.
Your name and email address will be collected for the purpose of communicating updates about the VPSAAN. The MailChimp servers are located in the United States.
Should you choose not to provide your details in subscribing to the VPSAAN newsletter, we will be unable to contact you to provide you with news and updates regarding the VPSAAN’s activities.
