We are Fossil Fuel Divest Harvard, a movement of students and community members who've been fighting for climate justice at Harvard for over a decade.
Last September, our campaign won a massive victory when Harvard finally committed to divest its $53 billion endowment from the fossil fuel industry. Now, we are coming together as a community to envision what comes next — because we know our work is far from done.
Next Saturday, September 10th, we are convening students and community members interested in climate activism at Harvard to discuss new priorities and directions for our campaign. We are particularly hoping to hear from new students, first-years, and those who haven't been involved with our campaign in the past. Join us as we envision what the next stage of the fight could look like!
The welcome & strategy meeting will be held next Saturday, 9/10, from 3-5pm at the Democracy Center in Harvard Square (45 Mt. Auburn St). We'll bring snacks, and hold space for getting to know each other and community-building as well as strategizing. Fill out this form to let us know you're coming!
