VARNA SEWER PROJECT UPDATE

We have now received full funding for the $4.8 million sewer upgrade through Varna, including the $1.25 million Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from the NY Office of Homes and Community Renewal, and the $3,063,000 zero percent short-term loan from the NY Environmental Facilities Corporation. We anticipate sewer work to commence sometime this fall, while water main replacement is delayed until next year due to the unavailability of pipe.
