A reminder to please provide feedback in our strategic plan survey. The deadline is end of the day on September 12, 2022. 
 
This survey is for SportAbility’s members and stakeholders, including athletes, parents/guardians/caregivers, club leaders, coaches, referees, classifiers, volunteers, sport assistants, and community partners. We invite youth participants/athletes to complete this survey and ask that parents, guardians, and caregivers who choose to fill out the survey on their child/ren's behalf include their perspectives as well.
 
The survey will take between 10 and 20 minutes to complete, depending on the detail in your responses. Responses will be collected by the SportAbility office and your responses will remain anonymous. All responses collected will be provided, as written, in a summary report to the SportAbility Board of Directors.
