October Newsletter

Good morning Educators! TREC had a great Fall Strategic Planning Retreat last week. A big thank you to all who joined, especially the teachers! To launch the retreat, I shared key TREC successes

TREC Website: Developed together to connect educators to meaningful PD. So far we have shared over 1300 resources from 60 PD Providers. We've had over 23,000 website visitors!

Through TREC Teacher Leader Program and TREC Professional Learning Opportunities 2,399 Educators have earned 6,376 PD indirectly impacting an estimated 97,200 students.

This powerful work is the result of the truly amazing educators in the region, committed to improving their practice and student learning. Soon, we will be adding a section to our newsletter: Educator Successes! Please share your success, or a colleagues success here--hopefully we can include it in a newsletter soon.

Upcoming TREC Happenings

I hope you are able to find some time during your fall break or a long weekend to recharge and set your self up for continued successes.

Best,
~Dr. Jen Kinser-Traut, TREC Director
