Chris Lee is a classically trained French chef apprenticed under chef Jean-Claude Guillousou and has over three decades of experience. In 2013, he was listed among the top 10% of chefs in the United States according to Best Chefs America (BCA). Prior to opening Chef’s Table STL, Chris was the former Executive Chef of In Good Company, the restaurant group behind Café Ventana, Sanctuaria Wild Tapas, Diablitos Cantina, and Hendricks BBQ.
Accolades include: Winner 2011 Crystal Cajun Cook off, Winner 2012 and 2013 Stella Artois Taste of STL Chef Battle Royale, and Winner 2014 World’s Fare Pork Battle.
Chris is currently working towards his MDiv, has a heart for apologetics and evangelism, and serves on the leadership team at ReThink315. We're very fortunate to have Chris donating his time and talent to this event!
