Travel to the World Food Prize Conference
The World Food Prize, held on October 18-20, 2022, emphasizes the importance of a nutritious and sustainable food supply for all people. Enrich your college experience through an exchange program by spending a semester or year working on your degree at a partner university! Applications to study as an exchange student next spring are due September 15th! The Georgia Capitol is calling! 
Spend this spring learning about agricultural policy in the state of Georgia! Interns will gain hands-on experience while receiving a $1,500 stipend! Learn more and apply online by October 15th!

3. SCHOLARSHIPS & AWARDS

2022 Georgia Agribusiness Council Scholarship
The Georgia Agribusiness Council is proud to offer the 2022 "Sumpin' Big" Scholarship to three recipients the year. Graduating high school seniors through graduate level students majoring in agriculture related fields are eligible to apply. Applications must be postmarked by October 12th.

4. CAES CLUB & SOUTH CAMPUS CORNER

Come network with CAES alumni!
The CAES Office of Development and Alumni Relations is excited to once again host "Intros and Appetizers," a low-pressure, high-energy student and alumni networking event! Come meet fellow ag dawgs while enjoying some tasty snacks on Thursday, September 29th at 5:30 in Studio 225 (225 W. Broad Street, Athens, GA 30601)! Looking for a student job?

The CAES Office of Diversity Affairs is hiring a student worker! They are looking for a highly-organized and energetic individual for office and administrative support. The job will require 10-15 hour commitment per week in exchange for $10.50/hour. If you are interested, please contact Ms. Lakecia Pettway for more information!

5. BEYOND THE CLASSROOM

University Judiciary
University Judiciary is seeking applicants to serve on code of conduct hearings and facilitate proactive education at UGA. Qualified applicants must maintain a 3.0 GPA, have at least two academic terms remaining after Spring 2023, and have a clean code of conduct record. Applications close September 15th at 9:30 p.m.

Georgia Beekeepeer's Association Meeting Looking for UGA Attendees
