You know summer is officially drawing to a close
when we pull our gazpacho from the menu!
This will be the final week of the season.
I have a suggestion:
purchase a quart of gazpacho the next time you're in, pour the contents into a zippered baggie and store flat until frozen.
Then, store upright in the freezer, like a library book, until you want to thaw and enjoy during the dregs of winter.
Nothing like bringing a little summer into your winter blues!
