The EcoDistrict processes a template for bringing together community leaders, developers, architects and planners to envision and create sustainable neighborhoods, working at the district or neighborhood scale.

This LEED® Exam Prep Course is a comprehensive course that will prepare attendees for the Green Associate exam. The day-long curriculum is designed to cover the segments of the Green Associate Exam and lightly cover the AP specialty exams.

Renovation and Rehabilitation is a seminar that provides a highly interactive discussion for building industry professionals. You have a house, you have a mess, and you want to fix it. In this training, attendees will learn what an energy analysis is, methods of calculating and iterating designs through energy modeling, key metrics and inputs to optimize for maximum efficiency, and more.

This is a 4-hour course that dives into the basic principles, history, certification, and the new frontiers of Passive House design as it continues to challenge and change industry expectations. All theory is then illustrated through several case studies outlining specific Passive House principles.

MassCEC Request for Proposals
|
|
MassCEC recently released a $2 million RFP soliciting proposals to implement deep building decarbonization using innovative financing models.
This RFP seeks partnerships between building owners, financing entities, and potentially third parties to demonstrate next-generation models to support replicable and deep building decarbonization. MassCEC is encouraging interested parties to consider applying and/or utilizing their Slack Channel to identify partnership opportunities. The application deadline is October 21.

We’re now accepting speaker proposals for the topic of advocacy and belonging until October 1.
The 17th annual Living Future Conference takes place in-person in Washington DC, May 3-5, 2023.

Administrative Assistant | Built Environment Plus
The Administrative Assistant is a full-time position responsible for supporting Built Environment Plus (BE+) in achieving its mission of driving sustainable and regenerative design, construction, and operations of the built environment. They will work primarily with the Education Director. The role is instrumental in enabling BE+ to provide quality educational programming and exceptional customer support while keeping us organized and efficient.

Internships | Built Environment Plus
Do you want to help make every building in the world (at least in Mass.) a green building? Would you like to participate on the inside of the movement with us at Built Environment Plus. Consider participating in an internship with BE+!
Fall and Spring internships are up to 20 hours a week for 10 weeks, for a total of 200 hours. Summer internships are up to 40 hours a week for 12 weeks, for a total of 480 hours. All internships are currently remote.
