Breaking new ground
This week, Chamber President Zach Brandon was on hand for the groundbreaking of the new 29,000-square-foot addition on Accuray’s Madison campus. The addition includes a Global Training Center and Advanced Research & Development Facilities and is set to be complete in 2023.
Accuray acquired TomoTherapy in 2011 and has continued to expand product development and operations in Greater Madison ever since. In his remarks, Zach discussed their dedication to solving global challenges through developing, manufacturing and selling radiotherapy systems for life-saving cancer treatments.
Accuray sees the potential in Greater Madison and has invested and expanded accordingly. This project is only the latest example of our region becoming known as the HealthTech Capitol.
