On behalf of the Elders and Pastoral Team, Del began a three-Sunday sermon series on "Sexuality and Spirituality." Sermon 2 was September 11 and will be followed by Sermon 3 on September 18. A congregational gathering for storytelling will take place Wednesday, September 14, to further explore this topic. More details to come.

The Gifts Discernment Team recommends Regina Martinez for Leadership Discernment Team member. We will vote as a congregation September 25th following the worship service.
The Youth and Junior Youth year kicks off with a Pool Party at the Bowers' (3851 Espey-Hedgepeth Rd, Bailey, MS), September 18th, 4pm - 7pm. Students in 5th - 12th grade are welcome, as well as their families! Dinner provided. RSVP to Suzanne.
