We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Her Majesty the Queen Elizabeth II.
As a mark of respect, we will be reducing our services on the Bank Holiday Monday 19th September as detailed below.
Bank Holiday arrangements
In honour of the Queen and the Bank Holiday that has been granted for her funeral on Monday 19th September, we will be running a very limited service at the practice that day. In addition, staffing is difficult due to schools and nurseries also being closed. We have tried to contact everyone who has appointments that day, but if you have any queries please call us on 0117 990 2215.
