Until or in addition to publishing our own NPC Resource Directory,
we offer this Nonprofit Consultant Directory Monterey Bay
Please note: January 2021, the Community Foundations
suspended any updates or additions to the Directory for now.

There are many reasons to seek a consultant to work with your nonprofit, such as to help you manage a task or project that requires special knowledge or even to help you develop a particular skill set or system. You may call on a consultant to facilitate planning or develop strategies, for example, or to design or evaluate programs.  Consider what skills you expect the consultant to bring, how much time you will need, and how much you can afford.

Consultants and firms provide their own listing here and have not been vetted by the community foundations. Consider these Tips for Working Effectively with Consultants.

Contact the Center for Nonprofit Excellence staff at (831) 375-9712 or cne@cfmco.org or Kevin Heuer at Community Foundation Santa Cruz County (831) 662-2030 kheuer@cfscc.org if you have questions or problems using this directory.

Our Nonprofit Members believe in the power of collaboration and resource sharing to strengthen everyone’s ability to meet the challenges of providing excellent programs and services to our community.
