Headspace is Here!


As one step to help foster well-being in our community, we are pleased to announce that Dartmouth is embarking on a campus-wide partnership with Headspace, a global leader in mindfulness and well-being. All students, faculty, and staff can receive premium access to the science-backed Headspace app for mindfulness and meditation, at no cost.

Go to the Headspace website and follow the instruction below to enroll.

  1. Create a Headspace account using your netid@dartmouth.edu email address (your entire email needs to be lowercase).
    • If you currently have a Headspace account, login with your current credentials through the above link and verify eligibility with your netid@dartmouth.edu email.
  2. Check your Dartmouth email; you will need to verify your email address to finish the enrollment process.
  3. Download the Headspace app in the iOS App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device.
  4. Open the app and log in using your Headspace login details.

Please note: you must be an active employee, who is paid by the College, in order to access the free subscription of Headspace.

We can all help prevent suicide. The Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones. Talk with us. There is hope.
