As one step to help foster well-being in our community, we are pleased to announce that Dartmouth is embarking on a campus-wide partnership with Headspace, a global leader in mindfulness and well-being. All students, faculty, and staff can receive premium access to the science-backed
Headspace app for mindfulness and meditation, at no cost.
Go to the Headspace website and follow the instruction below to enroll.
- Create a Headspace account using your netid@dartmouth.edu email address (your entire email needs to be lowercase).
- If you currently have a Headspace account, login with your current credentials through the above link and verify eligibility with your netid@dartmouth.edu email.
- Check your Dartmouth email; you will need to verify your email address to finish the enrollment process.
- Download the Headspace app in the iOS App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device.
- Open the app and log in using your Headspace login details.
Please note: you must be an active employee, who is paid by the College, in order to access the free subscription of Headspace.
